An Introduction to Food

Food Glorious Food!

That's right, I'm going to be talking to you about food...real food! not that pot noodle rubbish that eats your wallet and makes your stomach eat itself. Real, nutritious, tasty food that wont leave you feeling hungry and looking pale and which could save you quite a bit of money when compared to even the cheapest of takeaways (probably could save you quite a bit of years of your life too)

As a student myself, I know what its like trying to split your waking hours between work, socialising, studying, lectures, seminars, more sleep, cleaning, visiting family and cooking which is why Im going to put together a series of recipes which don't take too long to cook but will leave you very well satisfied without killing your pocket.

Often we find ourselves with a bit of this and a bit of that, maybe an egg, a potato, and whatever else we have forgotten we had, I will also show you how to make easy tasty meals from those leftover ingredients so they don't go to waste.

Another important issue I will address is Bacteria in Kitchen, what you can and can't freeze and how to store things (including shelf-life). Being thrown in from an environment where I have never cooked and handed some ingredients and cooking utensils, I have been able to succeed in cooking and not causing myself any food poisoning (yet), you certainly can do it!
